The start and finish will be at Oil Mill Pavilion.
 From West, exit Lewis Lane and take Spur 54(going east)  to Fair Park. Go under the overpass and Jefferson Ave. becomes Fair Park Blvd.
From South take Expressway 77 and exit Tyler Ave/Fair Park Blvd. Stay on frontage road and turn right on Jefferson Ave. (becomes Fair Park Blvd.) about one mile.
 From North, exit Fair Park Blvd. Turn left under the expressway. You will be on Jefferson Ave. which becomes Fair Park Blvd. Oil Mill Pavilion will be on your left past the auditorium (behind the Harlingen Police Station).
 All riders will start no later than 8:00 a.m. weather permitting.
